RETURN POLICY

Big Tree Designs guarantees the quality of all our products and your satisfaction is our foremost priority.

Returned orders are subject to the dispatch and return shipment charges. These charges must be paid by you.

Goods must be in the original packaging and unopened

Goods must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a returns number.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the package

The insured postage for the returned goods is for the account of the returnee

All returned goods are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee
